Located on the third-floor promenade level of Four Embarcadero Center, the Boston Properties Conference Center
features four superbly appointed meeting rooms named for San Francisco's legendary Big Four tycoons. Providing
an environment just right for getting down to business, the meeting rooms feature soft neutral tones, the best
in conference furnishings, atmosphere controls and windows that can let in as much or as little light as
desired. The Conference Center also provides a spacious reception area with comfortable chairs, a catering
kitchen, built-in buffet tables and hallways with ample space for coffee breaks.

Specifically designed for board meetings, the Crocker Room seats eight people, while the Huntington and
Hopkins Rooms each seat 12. Sure to please the most discerning VIPs is the Hopkins Room, with its gleaming
mahogany table and luxurious leather chairs.
For larger conferences, the elegant Stanford Room offers floor-to-ceiling windows and space for 42 seated
classroom style and 70 seated theater-style. Standard room set up for the Stanford Room is classroom style.
Any set up changes to the room must be approved prior to meeting date and will require a $75 set up fee.
